Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the website operated by Foundry Managed IT Solutions (“Foundry”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What this website is
This website provides information about Foundry’s managed IT services and lets you contact us, request a quote, and book an introductory call. Content is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation — a conversation comes first for anything that matters.
No client relationship via this site
Using this website or submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or service agreement. Managed services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it or access systems without authorisation;
- submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through our forms;
- use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download site content without permission.
Intellectual property
The site’s content, branding and design are owned by Foundry Managed IT Solutions unless stated otherwise. You may read and share links freely; you may not reproduce substantial content commercially without written permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites and tools (for example our scheduling provider). We’re not responsible for their content or their terms.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change or withdraw content at any time without notice.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Foundry Managed IT Solutions is registered, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
