Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 August 2026
This privacy policy explains how Foundry Managed IT Solutions (“Foundry”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use this website. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Foundry Managed IT Solutions is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at contact@foundrysolutions.co.uk.
What we collect and why
Contact and quote enquiries
When you submit our contact or quote form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, team size, and the content of your message. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it progresses, to prepare a personalised quote.
Legal basis: legitimate interests (responding to your request) and steps toward a contract at your request.
Booking an introductory call
If you book a call through our scheduling provider, that provider processes the details you give them under their own privacy policy. We receive only what’s needed to run and follow up the meeting.
Website analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate usage (pages visited, referrers, performance). This does not identify individual visitors and does not set tracking cookies.
What we never publish or sell
We do not sell personal data, share it with advertisers, or publish your details. Our website intentionally publishes no phone number or physical address for the same reason.
Third-party processors
To operate the website we use a small number of service providers who may process personal data on our behalf:
- Website hosting and CDN (site delivery and API endpoints)
- Transactional email provider (delivering enquiry emails and confirmations)
- Scheduling provider (call bookings)
Each processes data only to provide their service to us and under their own security obligations.
Retention
Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted or anonymised. If you become a client, different retention rules apply under your service agreement.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@foundrysolutions.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its update date shown above.
